  This site contains information on communication law, communication technology, and communication-related events. The ACA is a part of the communication ring. This site has very little to do with law and has very little information that would appeal to or help a client.

  A nationally recognized consumer credit 501(3c) non-profit organization helping people regain financial control through debt consolidation and credit counceling. This site may be useful to the typical client if he had many debts that he wanted to consolidate.

  CCCS provides budget counseling, educational programs, debt management assistance and housing counseling. Again, this site may be useful to the client having financial problems. This site has no law-related content.
  
  
• Consumer Law Page of the Center for Consumer Law: University of Louvain, France (in French) : This center is very active in the field of European law (safety and liability of products and services, consumer information, links between environmental law and consumer interests).
